Newly Born Found Dead

A newly born reported to have been found dumped in a garbage bin in the early hours of Thursday morning.

This act from a woman calls for serious frowning from the entire society, but a typical Nigerian will agree that this act is a brain child of fEAR; Fear of discrimination from society, fear of starvation from lack of money for up keep, fear of stigmatization and loose of identity, and so many other FEARS for someone who got pregnant out of wedolock and will have the society shine their light of scrutiny on.

This act, though heartless in all ramification should cause every Nigerian to introspect; Why should a woman who carried a baby for so many days, weeks and months in her womb, go ahead to dump that baby immediately after birth?

However, report has it that the newly born baby girl was found dead in the garbage bin where she was dumped around Idaw-River area of Enugu South LGA in Enugu State.
