Chidimma a 21 year old student of the Lagos State University narrated that she was under the influence of the alcohol and smoke which she has been taking that morning after she had earlier withdrew from the deceased because of the forceful sex he had with her that morning.

"I was not happy with the sex he forcefully had with me in the morning, so I withdrew from him. I kept my distance from him, smoking and drinking. It was when I was high that I stabbed him twice on the neck and later on his stomach. I took his ATM card, and I withdrew the sum of N380,000 from his account using an ATM machine not 5 million Naira"... Chidimma
