President Donald Trump and wife 'tests positive' to the Coronavirus

US President Donald Trump and the first lady Melania Trump confirms their Corona virus status after testing positive for the ailment and exhibiting mild symptoms.

White House chief of staff Mark Meadows told reporters on Friday that the President and wife ''remains in good spirit'' whilst confirming that President Trump ''does exhibit mild symptoms. He further assures that the couple are not only in good spirit, but are ''very energetic''





First lady Melania Trump later tweeted that she is "overall feeling good."

Meadows assures that President Trump is "staying committed to working very hard on behalf of the American people''.

"We have a president that is not only on the job, will remain on the job, and I'm optimistic that he'll have a very quick and speedy recovery," Meadows added.
